In light of the recent announcements, we are sharing the updated FAQs developed by the UC Undocumented Student Legal Center.

 

We hope this document addresses some of the uncertainties that our community may be facing, including the concerns regarding Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (“DACA”), Advance Parole, Marriage to a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (“LPR” or “Greencard” Holder), general questions and miscellaneous issues.
